I found out yesterday my former piano teacher, mentor, and friend has cancer. This was some of the hardest news I ever received. I went from playing the scales to being the head of the teen worship team at my old church. This song has always been one of my go to songs when upset, but now more than ever it's been speaking to me. I plan to record myself playing and singing and send it to her, since she moved away a few years ago.

I was just singing This and Started praying at the end then out of nowhere there was a Very bright white light in front of me (I didn’t exactly see it since I was closing my eyes) But I could feel the Fear of the Lord. He was there. Either him or an angel. It was.. Such a magnificent experience! God bless whomever reads this. He loves you. John 3:16.

God has a plan for you! Don’t give up, even when you feel far from the lord, he is there. No matter what your going through god can help heal. God loves every single one of us, even you. He loves everyone of us in his own special way. As you read this now god is looking at you and marveling in what an amazing person he has created, never doubt a second what happens life, good or bad, god has a plan and wonderful outcomes. Lately it’s been hard for me and my family, we just moved from California to the top corner of Washington, but I know there’s a reason. Maybe my brothers wife is here, or maybe something for me or my parents or sister! Something great will come out of this I just know it.

@Elizabeth Markley God puts it on my heart all the time to tell others about his word. The other day, I saved someone! I told them about god and they said that they felt moved and want to start going to church! It was a great feeling. Just keep at it. If the boy doesn’t respond well, that’s ok. God gave us the option to choose what we want, but it’s always amazing to help others. Hopefully he comes around to the idea!

This song gives me so many emotions. It reminds me of how good God is even when we aren't. Every time I listen to or sing this song I get this same comforting feeling. It also reminds me of the band at my youth group, they would do this song a lot and I loved it every time. Unfortunately due to covid they aren't able to play right now and it really makes me sad.
