Ichijo is famous for their i-Cube construction, which creates a sealed envelope for the home that is eco-friendly and net zero. If you're looking for eco friendly, sustainable homes with thoughtful craftsmanship, Ichijo is a builder you'll want to consider. In this tour we look at the Bamboo and Aspen floor plans, showcasing two different styles with custom cabinetry and surfaces manufactured by Ichijo in their climate controlled factory in the Philippines.

Amazing! Cant believe that was one of our finish design house here ichijo philippines factory (hrd group of companies)
I enjoyed your review of the two homes. I have a few questions that maybe other would like to know when looking at the two houses you visited. What is the R Value in the walls of each home? Is fiber internet available in this area? Has ethernet jacks wired in to most of the rooms? I am older, so the stacked washer/dryer would be hard for me and maybe others to bend over to get to the lower one. I see a easy walk in shower. But I did not see many hand rails (or none at all) to hold on for older people. I liked the Bamboo first home. Does it have a small backyard? Are the two homes you showed in your video in a HOA? What is the monthly HOA fee? I take it that the Bamboo home has no garage, is this correct? Are both homes all electric and no gas? Thank you for your great video.
HOA fees don't give you access to anything here. Yes, I live here.
Imagine there building there door and windows here in the Philippines😮😮😮 What catch me is we have the same name "Tamiko" w/c they get from my dad's japanese best friend. ❤❤❤

Isn’t that so cool? They build all the components in the Philippines and then build them together… kind of like a big Lego kit! Love that we share the same name 🥰
