Walked down the road to an open house. Real Estate agent warned us that he hoped we were ok with cats because the "owner's cat" was in the kitchen and was very friendly. So not my house... but it was my cat. Couldn't bring myself to tell the real estate agent.

These videos make me so happy because what they are actually showing are trusting and happy cats who trust humans and who haven't had any reasons not to. We have a cat door for our cat, but I once woke up with my neighbor's cat snuggled next to me in my bed, sleeping profoundly.

We had real trouble with ticks after a hurricane. I’m completely on Team Possum! Plus their body temperature is too low for rabies transmission! Yes, raccoons, I’m looking at you.

What's the most awesome is how many good folks there are in our world! Good on all of you for being kind to the fur babies! Quite by accident, I discovered a homeless man is staying in the abandoned house behind me. Then, I spotted three little bowls lined up on a table at the back of the house. Not my business!

I loved watching this. I've recently moved home, and at the previous home my neighbours cat visited daily, this went on for 13 yrs. He would stay overnight throughout the cold winters as his owner doesn't allow him to stay indoors at night. She doesn't understand cats feel the cold, too. Anyway, I feel bad for moving, I miss the cat that was not my cat 😢. I even asked his owner if I could adopt him, yet sadly not.

Been keeping track of a stray...feeding mostly the racoons....about to get really serious after her current litter can take care of themselves

Number of years back in my army days, People two blocks over in the married quarters patch were transferring interstate. The morning they left, they dropped off a bag of food, a cat bed full of toys, and thanked us for sharing our cat with them for four years. Embarrassing way to solve a mystery, though.

My cat, Mr. Magoo, is a master at getting into my apartment building, I let him out and then have to climb a bunch stairs to make sure he's not trapped on another floor. People just keep letting him in or he sneaks in somehow.

I have a not my cat that visits everyday. Clearly well looked after by owner but is a fan of my own cat’s treats. Unfortunately my cat and dogs are not a fan of her. But she doesn’t care one bit, even when the dogs are foaming at the mouth to get at her. Then again they’re chihuahuas and she’s a ragdoll, so they’re not exactly intimidating 😂

if an animal is going to barge in your home, I would much rather it was a cat and not a raccoon, squirrel or snake. My neighbor moved and I thought she abandoned her cat that I was feeding along with my other cats. turns out she tried 2x to relocate him to her new home, but both times he showed up at my house again. I now have 6 strays, and currently a 7th one is trying very hard to adopt me.

My yard, not my cats. I think someone dumped their pregnant cat at our farm yard, had four kittens, mother eventually disappears but another adult cats shows up. Then another cat from across the street comes over. Not sure if one kitten was “adopted” by farm worker but has been gone months now. Recently another of the kittens was missing for about 3 weeks, came back one day and have not seen it again, of there are two cats same color so could showing up separately, but doubtful. In meantime I felt sorry for them so fed them, now going on vacation and trying to figure out how to keep them watered and fed. 🙄🙄🙄good thing, not my cats!
