Hiking in Panama: AMAZING WILDLIFE of Pipeline Road, Gamboa

I spent 3 days hiking Pipeline Road in Gamboa. The day I arrived, I did an afternoon hike of 2 miles. The next day, I did a morning hike of 6 miles and an afternoon hike of 2 miles. The last day, I did a morning hike of 5 miles. So 15 miles (24km) total! Saw so much wildlife!! Heard so much more!! I didn't take a guide, just me and my cameras alone in the jungle. Honestly, I saw more wildlife on the 2 mile afternoon roundtrip hikes from the parking area to the Rainforest Discovery Center and back that on the longer hikes past the Discovery Center early in the morning.
What kind of wildlife will you see in this video? In order of the video: Frog, woodpecker, peccary, agouti, coati, howler monkeys, slaty tailed trogon, capuchin monkeys, gartered trogon, Scarlet-rumped Cacique, slaty tailed trogon, spotted antbird, Dot-winged Antwren, Yellow-backed Oriole, Crimson Crested Woodpecker, Gray-haired tanager, Tinamú, Gray-headed Tanager, Checker-throated Stipplethroat, possibly a type of robber fly, lizard, Tinamú, another type of lizard.
Forgive the microphone situation...it will be remedied soon!

Did you feel unsafe walking alone through the jungle? I live in USA, Maryland and don't feel safe walking alone on a crowded street. Thank you for sharing your Panama adventures and experiences with us. May God bless you and Brian🤗

Nope! Not at all! I've traveled extensively around the world by myself, so I'm not one to let fear control me. I did talk to a few locals before I went and they assured me that that area was safe.

Fantastic video! You are fearless but also getting a head start with your self imposed Exodus out of modern day Babylon and connecting with the wildeness.👍 With all of this Covid stuff, it will be necessary to be out there for future survival. Sadly, most people don't know it yet. I hope to make it down there before the end of this year. All Praises to The Most High! 🙏
