Hike with Stunning Golden Gate Bridge Views: Lands End Coastal Trail San Francisco
On the northwestern coast of San Francisco city is a hidden gem, the Lands End National Park with it's pastoral trails criss-crossing San Francisco history. We'll start in the south at Cliff House, making our way to the ruins of Sutro Bath, on to West Fort Miley, Mile Rock Beach and it's mysterious labyrinth, ending our hike at Eagle Point in the upscale Sea Cliff neighborhood.

I enjoyed your tour. I remember walking this many years ago with my parents when I was about 4 years old. That would have been in 1933 or 1934. I am 93 today. As I recall the trail was much rougher then.
Thanks for the tour. Loved it! I hope everybody get a chance to walk on this beautiful bridge and enjoy the amazing scenery.
Excellent vid! Whenever I am in SF I try to hit the Lands End Trail. Thanks so much for making...nice info!

Lovely video! It's been years since I explored there. It's changing, that's why we love the Bay Area, ever evolving. You've motivated me to go for a (or several) hikes. Thank you... An East Bay fella

Hey there! Uber will take you all the way! Catch it either to the Land's End Visitor Center, the USS San Francisco Memorial mid-way, or the Eagle's Point entrance in the Sea Cliff neighborhood.

Will do! I've had a few requests for the Battery to Bluffs trail.
The Land's End area was also one of the locations in the cult classic movie, "Harold and Maude." Also, VERY IMPORTANT Do NOT leave ANYTHING of value when you park your car (rental or otherwise) in the parking lots up there. The area is one of MANY in SF that is notorious for auto break ins. Thieves know that tourists leave their luggage and valuables in the car and since they're not from SF will not stay to file a police report. Your best bet would to take a cab or public transportation and leave your stuff at the hotel.

Hi Douglas, nope. I'm a transplant :) but have lived in the Bay Area for about 22 years. Most of it is a lot of research!

You are doing an incredible job. So knowledgeable. And you present a very charismatic persona on TV. (I grew up in Hollywood so I know) I’ve told all my friends about you and your videos. Thank you. I love watching you.
