You saved my day. Thought my device was defective - could not find the pictures and video saved on the device - using either Laptop or IOS App. Then watched your video and noticed you said 'turn wifi off'. Done, problem solved. Now, can we have a cheap, Full HD thermal sensor in the next model please :-) And we should likely stop calling this thing FLIR - if F = Forward. What if I turn around and look back - is it then BLIR ? :-)

How do you reset the password
So whats the default password... it told me the last 4 numbers of the serial number but that didn't work... tia

I used full serial number. 9 digits
