I have tried all combinations in the settings but my image is very grainy and nothing like what you are showing in this video, my unit is the Lynx Pro 10mm. The unit is a week old and supplied by Optics Warehouse.
Called the AGM Taipan TM10-384 in the US?

I think that is unlikely because this uses a 256px sensor not a 384 sensor. HIK do make a lot of product for AGM so it could be a model made for them exclusively. The software will be the same.

@@eliteoptical7963 Oh it's the AGM TAIPAN TM10-256 then. www.agmglobalvision.com/thermal-imaging/thermal-monoculars/agm-taipan-tm10-256 I'm wondering about the US ban and sanctions on security cameras made by HikVision. Do they apply to their subsidiary HikMicro? If they do, does that affect AGM products?

@@pointyfox We are based in the UK, I cannot offer any advice to you about the business in the USA - other than to say that all HIK Micro brands are freely available here and very popular!

@@eliteoptical7963 Ah ok. They don't seem to be available in the US, only AGM, and I just saw another identical brand marketed in Australia called "Wolfcub".
