Higuita didn't just play the sport of football, but he literally enjoyed every second of it. His objective wasn't only to win matches, but being charismatic by trying out every possible unfathomable ways of keeping the fortress from being breached by the opponents. He played without any stress or pressure. There won't be anyone like him ever.

I was at Wembley in the crowd when he did the scorpion save at the end of the video. The crowd went nuts! Honestly, I had no idea what I had just seen with my own eyes. It was only when they showed the replay that I realised what he did. Amazing guy, amazing atmosphere.

Sadly wasn’t at Wembley but remember watching it live, recall he thought the ref had given offside so he tried what he did, if you see the full video you see him looking shocked that it wasn’t offside. Wonderful moment and we couldn’t wait to talk about it at school.

I was at Wembley in the crowd when he did the scorpion save at the end of the video. The crowd went nuts! Honestly, I had no idea what I had just seen with my own eyes. It was only when they showed the replay that I realised what he did. Amazing guy, amazing atmosphere.

Sadly wasn’t at Wembley but remember watching it live, recall he thought the ref had given offside so he tried what he did, if you see the full video you see him looking shocked that it wasn’t offside. Wonderful moment and we couldn’t wait to talk about it at school.
