I was born in 74 and remember watching reruns of this in Australia as a kid. I loved this show and Touched by an Angel and I’m not particularly religious. These shows always made me feel hopeful about the goods things of our shared humanity. I love having the opportunity to reminisce, and yes I loved the 89’s too! God Bless.

Michael was a very special person. He started in Bonanza, then he did Little House, then this. He had a kind heart and wanted to spread his ideas to all. In real life, he loved kids, had a whole bunch that he adopted.Yep, a good man. We need more Michaels.

I can honestly say that series from 70s abd 80s were made for families to get together and spend quality time. Back in the day series like this one meant something, there were so many realistic situations portrayed and most people related to them. The pace of the episodes was so that viewers could absorb information. Michael Landon was a very good actor.

Gubbah Who let(created) that happen, was the Zionist Jews(globalists). Why.....because if the woman also works, then the rich corporations make more money. The family now needs two cars, new electronics, more tvs, more washrooms, etc. Then in the 80's, the globalists took their money to China and India, where the cheap labour was, and their living standards went up, while the standards in America went down.

My Grandma loved watching this show
Michael Landon had a beautiful heart. I miss him sooo much.
What an incredible piece of writing and acting this is. 'Transcends the craft'.
From what I read, after Little House on the Prairie ended Michael Landon pitched a new show to Brandon Tartikoff. He said that while there was a need for comedy, he didn't profess to be a comic. He said he could make people cry and that they would come back week after week. NBC figured that they owed him for his past success with the network. Even though they initially laughed at the idea of Michael playing an angel they decided to let him do it. When ″Highway to Heaven″ became the highest testing dramatic pilot NBC’s ever had, network executives recognized Landon knew his constituency better than they did. The previous highest testing drama pilot? ″Little House on the Prairie.″

I cried during this episode, it was so beautiful
I always loved the ending scene with the little boy ever since I was a little kid. A year and a half ago when I had to spend a night in the hospital as I had Covid, pneumonia and bronchitis and was massively dehydrated, was laying in a room all by myself since the protocol wasn't to allow visitors, I said a prayer to God and Jesus asking for Them to send an Angel to be with me as I was so scared and alone and to please send me a sign that They are with me. Shortly after from my hosptial bed I see the moon, brilliant in the sky, it's light beaming in illuminating the darkness. God wanted me to know that I wasn't alone and that one of His powerful Angels was with me. He knew I'd recognize the moon thanks to this beautiful show. Last night I woke up with a horrible sinus infection and didn't want to wake my wife so I came into the living room and saw the moon again. I'm ever grateful to God, Jesus and all of His Angels for being with me even though I'm a far from perfect man. And I'm grateful to Michael Landon and Highway to Heaven for such an absolutely perfect scene to show not only the power of God but His unending love for us. I do not like to mention personal things, but sometimes little things like this can help someone who is scared and alone. Sometimes something as simple as stepping out of ones comfort zone can show one's love of God, Jesus and His Angels.
For a major movie and tv buff, it's odd i never heard about this show - probably bcoz i don't live in america. ...... Somethng diffrnt, nice. ........ Discovering it now at 58 - maybe around the right time ..... :)

No we don’t. It’s a new generation now and they don’t watch TV that much.
Thank you very much. My eyes are tired so I’m finished tonight. I’m getting old so don’t last as long as I did when these shows were new, but appreciate them much more. My memory has suffered enough to make them all new to me again, the silver lining of the cloud of a stroke LoL. Thank you and GBU for uploading these. I’m looking very forward to watching more. ✨♥️✨
Such a wonderful show. Man, I sure do miss Michael Landon.
used to watch it when i was 6 or 7...watching it again after 3 decades.
Never knew a show as good as this has been there all along ☺
When you did/do something good for someone, you did/do it for God. Love this TV show

Shank Adams Yes, He did, and by that way we have time to look back our lifetime, friendship, our neighbors that we seldom talk to them, our parents that we call or text them few times a week or months.
This show did so so in the ratings but it's impact is still felt today this is definitely a show that we so desperately need in this world today
Beautiful episode. So sad. Michael Landon and Victor French both now dead, and the little boy no longer with us, having grown into a man. Victor died 5 years later and Michael 7 years
When I have bad day this show all way makes me smile
This show makes me cry my eyes out. My youngest brother passed away from lupus when he was only 13 years old 😢. Up to this day (32 years has passed) I still cry when I remember him 😢

At least he had people around him who loved him for all this time. Some people pass and are never mourned. I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. Long after we are gone, your message will remain here for others to see how much your brother meant to you.

@mike yes he was loved and missed by so many. On the other hand, my cousin passed away all alone. At that time her husband was busy with his mistress that he didn't even know his wife was sick. They found her body 3 days later in her bedroom all alone.😭😭😭😭

I so loved this show, was very moving and heartwarming, so glad I can see it again, thanks to you tube. This was one of the very best on tv. Michael Landon, and Victor French great duo. What a TEARJERKER this one was.
I used to skip this episode cos it was pounding the heart Man can't watch this episode without shedding a tear Thankyou 🙏🏾🔥🔥🙏🏾❤💖🧡💛💚🙏🏾🔥🔥🙏🏾
When I was a kid, I used to watch Highway to Heaven with both guys Michael Landon and his best friend and I enjoyed that show growing up as a kid I'm thankful that we could see some more episodes of it again Michael Landon and Mark they're the best and they will be missed thank you again.
This was my favorite episode! It shows how God can make even the saddest situation and give it some meaning. The way Tony changed because of the friendship he found with Arthur and Arthur's wish that he would be adopted by his mom after he dies is beautiful. Such a sweetie Arthur was! I couldn't stand the episode with the dying girl who was only concerned about dolphins...I couldn't connect with her or her family despite their sad situation. They just were not likeable and the whole story felt forced. Dolphins!
how beautiful and meaningful it was. I love Michael Landon every day more and more he had a kind and beautiful heart... what a great actor and director and writer he was and victor French too. thanks for this valuable movie.
Small kid in the street, two fellows stop in a racketty car, they say "Hop in!" and boy goes "Ok Mister!" Damn...times change.

Let's not forget the episode where the runaway child star pleads with them to give her a ride and then later hires them.

Dear Chris, In our youth my mum made it a culture thing. We’d bake a cake and cups of tea. Mum would be so involved in any NICE shows or movies. Her enthusiasm and repeating the jokes and making quotes. I love my mum! 💕
Great episode ! I like when they are in the diner and Mark orders a lot of food and then the waitress ask Jonathan what will you have and he says me I' ll just watch him eat . hillarious !
I love this series.. best show ever made. I remember spending time with my dad and my brothers and watching this show every time it aired.

They are probably with you when you watch it. They will always be with you. Love never dies.
It’s now June, 2024 and the mastery of Michael Landon & Victor French is never outdated!
Shows from the 1980’s had real meaning. Unlike today’s shows, very generic like robots

Sigh, you're right, I missed everything like this. I watched this when I was young (47 now), but it's been so long. I'm tearing up and it's only a few episodes in.

Yea, trash is all we have now… I keep myself going on watching the classics… that era of tv was innocent and family values… it still brings a year to my eyes…
I found this episodes today, 14 november 2022! One of the best series I 've seen in my life!
