I have three, one who likes to watch the world burn (I wouldn't be surprised if I found out he started a war cause she felt like it), one who just hates me but also loves me, and one who is just an asshole and when did I walk into this mirror shop

We had a guy in my middle school that, when we were reading Romeo and Juliet, he always took up female parts just cause he didn't give a damn. Dude played Mrs. Montague like a champ.

similar story: we had to do a romeo and juliet unit at the beginning of the year. my class had two guys who were some of the only people in the class who liked actively participating. they offered to voice romeo and juliet for that act, which just so happened to be the one where it gets all dramatic and lovey dovey. one of the dudes i already knew from the semester i did of drama the previous year, so i already knew this would be great. basically, at first they were doing normal-ish voices for the characters, then ‘juliet’ (aka drama guy) just slipped into a thick arnold swatzineiger (that is absolutely spelt wrong i’m so sorry) esque accent, to which ‘romeo’ retaliated with going into one of the best scottish accents i’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing, and this was while they were still reading the f*cking “what is a name” scene in romeo and juliet. it is still one of the greatest things i have ever experienced.

Okay but consider having voice cracks two years before, all the way through, and two years after puberty. Not to mention uncontrollable bleeding every month for a whole week and not being able to trust gone because your friends will turn on you in an instant (even if you hang with the guys to avoid that it still happens)

I like how consistent this is, Bakugo being the worst human being imaginable and such.

I half wish, when I was in high school, they made one person at time read out loud, cause usually they play an audio, which would make some people fall asleep, and then those people would either get in trouble or embarrassed by the teacher when they woke you up. I was one of those people. These things could have been avoided.

When my class did Romeo and Juliet we ended up calling some of the people who read by their character names as a joke. Though it did get a little harsh. Similar thing happens anytime I am grouped with people to read. Ceaser? Yeah the kid reading him asked everyone to pretend to stab him. We did that to EVERY story, and I even moved schools and it still happened. How about the one with witches? Witch one? Name no one doing plays should say or the one where the main male character is hanged but his wife lives. In both stories my class did the same thing. Some of the boys even started to bully one girl because the character she was reading was an awful person. Though she wasnt bullied outside of the class but eh.

When I did Romeo and Juliet in my freshman year of high school I couldn't read at all it was difficult then after reading a little bit we don't have to take tests for certain parts it sucked.

Can confirm. Managed to make my sophomore year English teacher think I was mute for almost half a semester... then she happened to walk by while I was talking to a friend outside of class on the other side of the school campus (my HS had an open campus layout).
