I like Maine, its a beautiful state.

Their lobster roll and burgers are great! Definitely recommend. The lobby pop (fried lobster roll in corn dog batter) is descent, but it is small. The lobster bisc is descent, the lobster is great in it thought! Huge chunks of lobster in the bisc, they don’t give a little for lobster they give a ton.

Definitely the spot to go to if you've had a night out drinking and want a lobster fix when everything else is closed. That lobster taco after a few brews is the beeeeeesssst. Still great without drinks in you though

I've been to this place.. I had the lobstah taco.. It was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again.. Meh. My husband had the surf and turf burger... Literally the BEST burger I've ever tasted (and he agreed)..the burger itself was juicy and tasted SO good..AND WHAT impressed me the most was they used the GOOD parts of the lobstah (if you're a New Englander, you know what I mean..).. They know what they're doing.. Next time I'm trying their lobstah roll and whoopie pies...

yeah i've been here had the regular lobster roll with garlic mayo, really couldn't taste anything except cold lettuce, barely any hint of lobster and the brioche seemed kind of old, had very good burgers and the sauces were pretty good, fries and ketchup were trying too hard to be different and were spiced with turmeric and cumin which was really odd

SKIMPY. What's the price??? Buyer Beware: You are paying premium prices for a sub par lobster roll. You re paying their lease, not for value, Skip Portland. Reseach further north. Eagles nest in Brewer, literally 5x the lobster, $20.50.

What a crock. Pleeeeease Yelp or Tripadvisor "The Eagles Nest" in Brewer Maine. The best, biggest (I mean they are HUGE. Yelp it, look at pics). Giagantic LOCAL clam, scallop platters too. Trust me, Yelp it, look at pics, come up here. They have patrons from across the globe. Nothing against these guys, but in Portland you are paying for the owner's lease on top of the product. Come further north, we are still authentic and free of pretension. More than twice the lobster, same price.

I agree. Being in Portland, the lobster is very cheap, especially when it's bought wholesale. These lobster rolls are laughable. Both in size & in what they do to the best tasting meat in the world. "Lobstah, Mayo and Salt in a buttered hot dog roll. The Eagles Nest is thee BEST!

Jonathan Wright we just can’t drive that far up we’re are planning on going to Portland in October.....looks like this is the best we get ....if I told my wife we’re driving another 2 hours for a lobster roll she would kill me lol she hates seafood
