Don’t be too hard on yourself. The minute you mentioned the beer, I thought of Sekhmet, and it is her month presently. Maybe try doing some energy work to lift the heavy weight of the emotions you seem to be carrying. The food issue often goes back to mother wound and attachment issues. You are seeking nurturing right now, so give it to yourself. I try to help people find that goodness. Like a guy I work with. Straight asshole. Until I gave him a new nickname. Sunshine! In time, he kinda became sunshine. It's like raising our children. You keep telling your kid they're bad.... they think they're bad and continue that bad behavior. Switch it around for them by showing them how amazing they are, and bam! They become amazing.

It actually was Kambaba Jasper!!! Couldn’t remember 😂 It is very similar though to bloodstone or dragon stone though, so good guess. They are all deeply grounding stones that help our heart and root chakras

I have one that is One large eye palm. Was told it’s a karma stone. I would hold it often. I wanted to deal with my personal karma to face it during a High energy moment.
