Every player on the team, has drive. Thats what I've noticed. Guys like Mcclean, Cannon or Lee will fight to the last minute and drive the net.

@@jph418 i was really surprised when i saw people hating on parky during our little loss streak this season, i can see how clubs could make terrible mistakes trying to follow what the fans think they want, and im sure there are many examples of this.

It aint like he has unlimited money to spend. There are still rules around and budget limits. Yes its easier to convince players to join because they get a lot of attention and other business opportunities. But still they aint getting stupid salaries as the rules wont allow it

I think Coach Phil has become a Phil Jackson’esq as a gaffer. He has taken a club out of the National League and now into League One! That’s not easy to do no matter how much money is spent or what players you get on your side. Parky is something special no doubt.

The thing that impressed me most about Phil Jackson was managing the egos of all his players, getting cohesion and team first performance. Jordan and Rodman had massive egos and were paid a lot more than others but they made everyone around them play better. I don't see those egos in this team, but I do see the team cohesion and team first approach. You can't have star players without supportive teammates and the real star players make their teammates play above their actual skill level.

I think probably because we know Wrexham won’t win the league 2 trophy but either way promotion is promotion. To do it the first season out of the national league is something else. I hope rob and Ryan understand how much money they’ll have to fork out in order to get auto promotion again or at least the playoffs in league 1
