I guess the ref gave the 'tahs that last one as a consolation, or he couldn't be ar$Ed checking with the TMO (who wants those types of clowns potentially ruining more of the game than they already do ayy)

Exactly what I have been saying. Forget Same Cane, go back to SBW in 2017!! Everything in SR is designed to keep the game at 15 v 15 for as long as possible, but then internationals happen, red cards are shown and we get the Picachu shockface again from NZ fans/ media/ pundits.

Go back and watch all the losing AB's games he has been a part of. Nobody is better than DMac in a loose game, but in tight trench warfare....definitely not absolute class. He's very erratic and prone to silly mistakes.

It will always be the case. Match officials are sometimes going to get it wrong. The match officials are on the same level as the players. Viewers have the advantage of seeing the game from higher up. We also have the advantage of replays. And we don't want unnecessary interference by the video ref.
