The coach obviously gave the instruction as seen the player questioning why or what he must do he didn't seem happy himself. I think it was a not so clever descion either

That's Saffas for you. Mind you NZ U20 did the same in a two match series with Australia last year. They had lost the 1st game to Aus but were winning the 2nd with time up. They had been awarded a penalty right on full time on the halfway line. They needed a converted try to tie the series on points differential. What do they do ? Kick it out. Weak as fk. I knew then that, that team would not do well at the world championships .
