Blame the ref and linesman for that. Most keepers do the same. Officials have been crap all season, no matter what competition. Cannot rely on VAR all the time.

@@topcat4759 Yeah, I know, and not saying it really mattered. It´s just so hilariously obvious here... The Assistant Referee is standing there, blind, deaf and dumb! For example Kelleher at least tried to look like he kept a foot on the line :) I´ve seen some amount of La Liga, Serie A and little bit of others, and penalties have been retaken for much less if keeper made a save. They even VAR´ed foot position at least twice that I´ve seen. Maybe it´s partially Carabao isn´t using VAR in the first place in the early rounds or something, I´m little out of all the details everywhere. Interesting to see what happen in the most corruptest WorldCup ever, when and if penalties are given.

@@ivrishcon-abarth38 it doesn't show it on here but, on all fairness to the officials, they called Wildsmith over after that pen save and talked to him about it which mightve been a catalyst as to why he didn't save any other pens and was a direct catalyst to the delay to their second pen as he tried his best to stay on his line. Plus mate, have you not heard GKs opinions on the matter, Ben Foster spoke about it one time saying its such a cruel rule to implement for a GK because to to get across you need to move about and close the space down to save pens, so it's such a hard rule to adhere to and save penalties with and it's not like you can do all that in the goal as it makes the goal metaphorically bigger for your opposition as you'd only then come out to close the space while the shot is rifled towards you

Did the commentator actually say that 'Derby have absolutely hammered Liverpool at Anfield'? in a 0-0 draw where Liverpool had the most chances and wer only stopped from a massive scoreline by the keeper.

Yes because Liverpool couldn't hit a barn door and not being able to score in open play against a league 1 side shows how shit they were, Derby actually had better chances with McGoldricks head and Mendez-Laing could have set us up when we went 3 on 1 with your keeper

By the way, just so know, most of the credit goes to the Derby keeper for making several stops from all the shots on target. Now, you need to stop embarrassing yourself and jog on.

@@baldyisthegaminggrandad6177 Loool bless ya, it is what it is, say what you want, you had players like Oxlade chamberlain, firmino and carvalho on the pitch, they aren't reserve or youth players, you had one 17 year old and two 18 year olds, the rest were 21+, a defense made up of 25+ year olds, we had a younger defense and youngsters in midfield, and we are a league 1 side fresh from administration, you'd think your youngsters would run rings around us, we all know 18 year olds can play football

@@WhatsInAName718 out of the three you mentioned, only one is a starter and that's Firmino. Chamberlain has barely played and when fit still can't get in the side. Fabio is currently a bench player and hardly gets any minutes. the rest were Youth and reserves.

Kelleher has saved us by saving a penalty multiple times and this too 🥺😍😍 He's an awesome one 🙂

Our home grown products absolutely are amazing all they need to play some minutes on their feet with the taste of Anfield, all these boys are promising but Pep has to put effort on them and to keep them not to release them to other clubs like we did with so many players from Liverpool Academy before.

No you didnt cheer them, but there was a thing called 'sportsmanship' (especially against a 3rd tier side in a 3rd tier competition).
