That first yellow was not a yellow in my eyes, she knocked the ball up to try catch it so it was not deliberate knock on. It was a clear attempt to try intercept the ball

I agree in principle, a yellow seems harsh on Italy, but you can’t give a penalty try without also giving the yellow, and to leave Ireland with only a scrum after that seems really harsh on them. It can’t be done under the current laws, but I think a penalty try with no card is the fairest solution to that situation.

@@DanielPugsley-sv5zo I honestly think scrum would be the fairest here as they threw the pass which could have been interpreted and been a 7 point Italy score. That player only had to catch it and then it wouldn’t have been anything else

italy are in 3rd at the moment and wales/ireland are at the bottom, italy dont usually get the wooden spoon in this competition.
