Congrats to Ireland - they are beginning to turn it around despite the scoreline last week.

Another gutsy performance from the Irish girls, full of courage, commitment and putting bodies 'on the line. They never fail to Irish fans proud. But there is nothing to separate the Irish, Scots, Welsh and Italian women at the moment. If Ireland are good enough to make the World Cup, then the others ought to be there too! Ireland played better last time out against rampant England imo - they had to! That first quarter was pretty dire, yes they got back into it, but they've got the players, the skills to develop a momentum which never materialised. A draw would probably have been a fairer result on the balance of play.

Women's rugby makes Women's soccer look like it's wearing a diaper. I'm very impressed with the skill level.
