What a finish by Mullin!

That 2nd goal was insane. One of the better goals I've seen lately - so much dedication and effort. Great work by Mullen and Cannon is class.

Ok folks, some feedback. Wrexham needed this win. Oh boy did they. Andy Cannon? Cannon by name, Cannon by nature. The ball leaves his foot like a stabbed rat. Paul Mullin? Brilliant intercept in his own half and assisted the 2nd goal. To top it off? Mullin slams a left foot volley in from 6 yards.. Class.. Up the Town!!!

The secons goal, wow. The break was so fast and inch perfect passes, fantastic decision making on the feet, and a Cannon one touch strike.

I would love to see a slow-motion close up on that Bergkamp-esque touch by Mullin just before the shot was saved. Did he flick it from the outside of his boot around the defender and run the otherside of him ?

As a Chelsea fc fan id take Paul Mullin any day over a lot of prem strikers. He is just class. Once upon a time Verdi was in his situation and he set the prem alight.

If Wrexham were to get promoted, how many of the current roster could legitimately stay on the roster and compete in League One?

They are good enough to stay up but not to compete for a promotion in league one. Mind you though, the level of quality isn´t as noticeable between league one and two, it skyrockets at championship level though.

FYI...(and other US followers) it's not referred to as a 'roster' in football, it's always called 'the squad' (of players) In answer to your question though, I think it would need some pruning to be sure, and though the players _recently_ bought, were bought with one eye looking at playing in League 2 & eventually League 1, there will deffo be some moved-on IMO.
