The fielding of South Africa is next level

Abd is the most consistent player i have ever seen

AB DE VILLIERS wicket was the turning point

What I find incredible is that I think this was the start of Smith's golden run of form. Before this match he was okay, a century here and there would keep him in the squad but it really seemed like he was there to make the numbers. There would be some resistance from him when it was needed but when it wasn't he would often be out cheaply (if my memory serves me correctly). And yet from this match onwards, he was absolutely unstoppable in this series. He then took this momentum into the test series against India and, thanks to this ODI series, it wasn't really that big of a surprise. But really, you could see that he went from this guy with potential to the best batsman in the world, seemingly out of nowhere.

That’s offensive from Finch, his numbers in odi captaincy is better than Smith, not to include a lot more difficult fixtures by playing away.
