Didn’t work for me when my teacher pitted another person against me in class to motivate them. It fucked up my confidence cos the other person would laugh if I got something wrong.

No they don't. I'm a flyer myself and its extremely dangerous the way they taught them. The last two were the only safe ones.

I recommend having prizes bc it will make the kids try hard and then they will get something in return for trying just So simple as a bag off candy.

No, you don't always need to be rewarded for every little thing. This is why we have so many entitled people, a lot of things in our society teach that. It's good if the kids just do it for the sake of doing it, that trains their inner reward system. Many people have a weak inner reward system, if it's strong you become very self sufficient and hard working. Also their friends will cheer them on and praise them that's so much better than unhealthy candy.
