I accidentally touched my face while listening to this and my skin felt super smooth and soft. I was surprised because I hadn't even washed my face or done my skincare yet (my skin is not bad, but it was softer than usual). I'm not the person who commented but I can help you. So basically subliminals are videos with audios (songs, rain sounds etc) with hidden affirmations (phrases said by the author) plated in a low volume at a high frequency (quickly). They target our subconscious mind, and a repetition of these phrases can mean your appearance, personality or lifestyle will change. If you want to know more about what subliminals are, check the description of this video. The affirmations are also written there. Moza also has a video on what sublimals are. When using subliminals, you must listen however much you want, but the more you do, the better, since the subconscious mind will be able to catch the affirmations quicker. I'd say listen at least 2 hours for quick results. Also, try not to focus on results. I know it's hard, but if you think that it's not working, then your subconscious mind will think that too and all your results will vanish. Listen for 2 weeks for fun and if you haven't got any results you can try something else. A good way of getting results is picturing yourself with those results before sleep, and then sleeping with the subliminal playing in the background. That way, you can't tell yourself that its not working. You can also use a booster (just search any up) or a mind opener if you're struggling to believe in the results. I'd suggest listening during studying, sleeping or relaxation. Don't focus on the subliminal, and you don't have to listen when you're in a bad mood. Drink lots of water too. Sorry guys for late response! @@virendersingh7162 it's not working because of your mindset, heal your self sabotaging methods, allow yourself to receive, do not think how when why you will get results. Know that whatever you want you will gonna get. I suggest you to affirm in present tense while listening to it and also visualise your results along with feeling, like how you will feel when you'll receive your results. And wait patiently, everyone is different and so it will work differently. Believe and have faith that results are coming into 3d very soon, because everything you desire exists in just higher dimension, match the vibration and that's it.

So basically not only did i feel prettier but in my first period class there is this guy that i have a little bit of a hallway crush on ( i don’t really know him well but he’s hot) and i caught him looking at me like 5 times during class. THEN my friend and i we’re walking around the school promoting a blood drive for a club we’re in and these 2 junior boys stopped us and one goes “excuse me girl in the black sweatshirt (me), my friend thinks ur really pretty but he’s to nervous to tell u” and like internally i freaked out cause a) he was like hot and b) i rarely get compliments especially out of the blue like that. anywayssssssss my friend was like “that’s so funny that they stopped us, but yea u do look really nice today”, so i thought those were pretty solid results. i listened again tonight for about the same time allotment and i’ll update tmmwr when i experience results. good luck in ur manifesting lovelies
