Quick tip: Critical Distance Different ammo types have different critical distances. That is the distance you need to be from your target to deal optimal damage. You'll know you're in critical distance when your reticle turns orange instead of yellow. For reference, you are in critical distance in this video when using the piercing fire ammo. You want the reticle to look like that. You don't want the reticle to look the way it does when you're using the regular piercing ammo. That yellow reticle means you're not in critical distance. You're standing too close to the target and losing out on DPS because of it. Pierce ammo is for long-range shots. You need to stand further back to be in critical distance. You'll do more damage that way. Happy Hunting.

You need ballistics my friend. Crit boost 3 and spare shot for larger dps

This is nowhere near highest DPS potential for a pierce rapid fire lbg build. Not even half.

uhm.. id recomend getting spare shot 3, ammo up 2, crit boost 3, wex 3, recoil down 3, and reload spead 2. itll be more consistant in dps and itll keep your gun from kicking.. also NEVER use pierce 1 only pierce2. use your pierce 1 to craft more pierce 2 so you have more uptime and you don't have to keep going back to camp.
