I mean... I saw and heard the explanations where such miniguns weight starts from 34 kilograms (74,9 lbs) WITHOUT the ammunition, so... That makes sense because at first if you're able to at least walk in your full height with that thing in your hands (without any exoskeletons) that will be pretty much impressive.

just 2 things to mention, the deagle have an c-bug that allow you to start crouching and uncrouch and fire again, is a bit hard to do but macros can do well. also second is that if I remember well, gun damage on gta sa is based on gun skill, pretty sure deagle don't insta kill peds on 1 shot on lower skill

You're right with both, C-bug is kinda easy tho, the hard part is doing it consistently, and yeah, at poor skill the Deagle does 70 damage, at gangster and hitman skill it does 140, which can almost oneshot peds with armor such as the swat's

When CJ shot the dessert eagle in traffic the NPC was waiting there like nothing happened

How can we say a RPG is the highest damage in GTA 5. When in every GTA it does a high amount of damage. I mean it is a RPG. Same for the minigun. It does high "burst" damage shooting fast enough to make up for its damage. I don't even think the desert eagle in SA is stronger then some of the other guns you can use in that game. Like where are we getting the damage from anyways. It's not like we have a single bullet damage indicator.

For those who want to know spoiler alert ! here's the list : Gta 3 strongest weapon as rockstar intended should be the rocket launcher , m16 is also very powerful then shot gun for short range but these are not effective against a tank you'll need a flame thrower or molotov. Gta Vc minigun , rocket launcher , m60 then there m4 or assault shotgun like gta 3 these are not effective against a tank you'll need flame thrower or molotov. Gta sa heat minigun , seeking missile launcher , rocket launcher , c4 (sticky bomb) then m4 assault shotgun none are effective against tank but both rocket launchers are better ( has a chance ) than previous games again you'll need flame thrower or molotov to quickly explode a tank . Gta 4 car bomb has the highest damage [In DlC sticky bomb has the same power both can one shot a noose tank ] , rocket launcher , gerenades/pipebombs , [m60 DlC] , explosive/ assault shotgun , molotov, m4 , [DlC sniper] and [another DLC automatic shotgun] are stronge , shotgun . You can easily destroy tank in Gta 5 for any other stronger land vehicles from gta online i'd recommend combat rifle mark 2 with armor piercing bullets it will drop the fuel then you can shoot and can break bullet proof glasses.

It is a weird comparison because you make them do something on the game itself so some of the comparison are unfair like petrol station in GTA 3 cannot explode no matter what same with police doesn't care if you point weapon at them.
