"Beauty is *CHEAP!* That sentence hit me hard. I'm going to have to completely rewire my brain, because I'd always subconsciously believed beauty was rare/scarce and therefore more valuable. I think the current allocation is like this....Top 10% of men dominate the dating market. 60% of men struggle, maybe get a 6 month relationship, perhaps the odd one night stand spread over a few years. Then 30% of guys who are completely excluded from the dating world.

@Kingdom House quite possibly, dating apps have ruined it for a majority of men to varying degrees. I think guys other than Chad's need to get off dating apps, and meet women face to face. Women i feel actually like a man who approaches them and strikes up a conversation.

It’s possible for most men to be good looking or at least above average. Professional skin and dental care, 1 year of solid gym and diet, dressing in expensive clothes, a good haircut, posture and you stand out from the majority. A woman just puts on some makeup and shows skin.

It’s much harder to be a HVM than a HVW since it’s a lot of hard work and anything that is hard is short in supply,else it wouldn’t be hard. Women are mostly valued on their beauty and there is a beautiful girl turning 18 every other day.

There are more beautiful women than there are high value men. Hence, high value men are more valuable than beautiful women. Simple as that.

Both are result of being self aware, being good human beings, have confidence in self and capable of changing their environment and hence world for better. Do everything in your power to NOT text/call/message her. You need to sit down and write out some new LIFE goals for yourself. And start chipping away at them. And If you do have a gym membership make sure you go 3-4 times *THIS WEEK.* And if you don't have a gym membership, your first goal this week is to *GO GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP* and start working out. Look into Keto/Carnivore diet if you want to get shredded, feel amazing, and gain a tremendous amount of mental focus and self-discipline. Also, learn to sit silently and allow your mind to go quiet (meditate). Start by doing 2 minutes a day and add a minute every 2 weeks. This will help you gain more control over your anxiety/fearful inner dialogue that occurs when a woman stops replying. And if you must, just sit and talk to that fearful energy that is swirling within you. Don't run from it. You can learn to get comfortable with this anxious feeling and eventually NOT allow it to derail your life. Get comfortable withe being UNCOMFORTABLE. The period in your life wont be easy, this is the shit that makes or breaks the average man. Let this situation be the trigger for you to get FOCUSED on YOU, and NOT her!
