It’s impossible to think our way into true confidence and value, we actually have to start taking small actions in our life that will make us feel more confident and improve our value on a daily basis.
For example, going to the gym, doing martial arts, mastering a hobby, dating more women, improving our education or business prospects are all things that will collectively raise your confidence as a man. Not just one thing, but many small actions taken over a period of time. This is called self actualization in psychology.

slow learner but I've recently realised that if I gaze at beautiful women approaching and as I pass them on the street, they will invariably look away to avoid feeling stared at - but if I don't look at them they will very often look at me as I pass them. I've been told a technique is to look at approaching ones far away and hold eye contact for a second or two, then look away and don't look at them again until they are just about to pass you, then suddenly make eye contact with them when they will almost invariably be looking at you, because they saw you first look at them which raised their interest, then saw you stop, which piqued their interest, so now they'll be looking at you with intense interest as they are about to pass you. Bingo !

Beauty is great, but you have makeup, pushup bras, plastic surgery, all that crap. I'll take a 6 or a 7 that has a great personality and is fun and easy to be around than some fake 8 or 9 with lip fillers and all that crap
