My buddy was new to fly fishing but he ended up catching quite a few on that trip. We had a good time.

Yeah, i was pleasantly surprised with the chunky grayling. I'm sad the season is gone. It goes by too quickly.

I love the Uintas. Bigger fish aren't as common in the Uintas as some of the neighboring ranges but it's home 😁

I need to get back there for another float! Your buddy Gordon had the touch on day 1. Very cool to get his fly on like that. Nice grayling for you too!

I’d kill to fish this lake again. I believe I fishing it about 10 years ago and I’d love to get back up there! Do you know the name of the basin it’s in? I can’t find it anywhere.

It's a no no to name backcountry lakes in the KZread universe but what the heck. It's Marsh lake (GR-39) on the far east side of the Uintas. I will be erasing this reply in a couple days so I don't get all the haters. Hopefully you get this message before then 😁
