This system is designed to automatically apply die-cut pressure-sensitive labels to all four panels of a rectagular bottle at a rate up to 200 products per minute. The bottle is fed onto the system conveyor, where they will be metered and spaced via the twin screw mechanism. The products will exit the feed screws and immediately enter the saloon door gate mechanism. The high-speed SL2000 label applicator feeds the label out across the gate and the label is wiped on 3 surfaces of the product as it passes through. The bottle then continues to the wrap unit with the thick orange foam back pad to be rotated and the 4th panel applied.
