Gotta love Bing Crosby. He was literally old enough to be Grace Kelly's father. You go, Bing! I might also add that Grace does a very respectable job of singing the duet in her own voice, opposite one of the most beloved singers of popular music of the 1940s and '50s.

They say "love at first sight" is not real. I don't know about that. I never met Grace Kelly, but every time I see her in "High Noon," "Rear Window," "To Catch a Thief" or "High Society," I feel like I'm falling in love for the first time all over again. = )

Let’s not exaggerate he was not old enough to be her grandfather. He was exactly 26 years her senior. Unless you know of a 26-year-old grandpa that I don’t. And quite frankly the weird construct of age difference being a big deal, is just an SJW Woke thing that popped up in the last 10 years or so. If two adults are over 18 it’s nobodies business who they fall in love with.

Her singing voice never sounded right to me ; they should have dubbed her using Rosemary Clooney or better still,cast Rosie in the role.Grace Kelly plays the role like a spoiled brat from start to finish.

Tracy Samantha was just to be played so. As with Katharine Hepburn in 'The Philadelphia Story', the narrative brings her around to gradually become aware of the "human frailty" in others. Ms. Kelly played her part in supelative fashion. BTW: their rendition of the song seemingly won the Academy Award that year and a gold record.
