    I subscribed definitely good content. McBlurry 😅 i have a question so the hairs sticking out at the crown area would you try and thin those out with thinning sheers or trim them down or leave them as is?

  • @Moorefadez

    @Moorefadez

    Thank you bro! And it all depends on how much hairs are sticking up. If there’s tiny lil one I’ll just take my shears and snip them. But if there’s alot I’ll do scissor over comb or use my thinning shears. But also keep in mind you dont want to cut the crown area down alot cause it’ll start to stick up and not lay down properly.

    Hi Moore, the block graduation that you are applying in this video, is finger length? Basically the length of hair remaining would be equivalent to a 7 or 8 guard (1 inch)? Thanks

  • @Moorefadez

    Everyone block graduation would be different depending on your finger size… i have skinny fingers so i know for sure whenever i do graduation a 4 is the best guard to start with.

    i feel like where the skin line starts is more of a mid fade than a high fade. You just stretched the fade out to make it look like a high fade. Nice cut tho!

    Your not wrong i stretch out alot of my fades, its very rare that’ll do a tight fade depending on the haircut and style

    Amazing video! Stacking guards I like that but we would call that a top down fade. Feel like the 3 and 4 guards are unnecessary when you can go straight off the head with 2/2.5. Save some time

  • @Moorefadez

    Yeah, for sure but from a teaching standpoint i like to show step by step. But 100% you can skip them steps and jump right down to a 2 guard.

    Why do you use the wahl .5 guard and not the white stylecraft .5 guard?

  • @Moorefadez

    @Moorefadez

    14 күн бұрын

    Use this wahl 1/2 cause i like how skinny the teeth are and easier to take the line out in my opinion
