High Rise Apartments Design Using ArchiCAD
High-rise apartments typically refer to residential buildings over a certain height or floor level. Any building over and above seven(7) floor levels can be categorized as high-rise. High-rise apartments have been on the rise world over due to the ever-increasing housing demand but limited horizontal growth. The tallest residential skyscraper in the world used to be Central Park Tower in New York City but currently, Dubai is home to seven of the ten tallest residential skyscrapers in the world.

This is a very big structure, it cannot fit on such a piece of land.
