Peanut butter and Banana are high calorie foods.....if u add these u will add weight....so skip these both....
Peenut butter should not use because of high sugar
It has fat around 42g and comes around 730 cal per serving. Kindly mention other nutritional info apart from protein

It looks like Nutribullet, not sure if it's regular (600W motor) or Pro (900W motor) version... I have the Pro and it's amazing for smoothies, even tiny seeds and nuts are handled very easily.

how can it be low cost teja, whey protein costs 3099, peanut butter around 300, walnuts 320, cashew 250, coco powder chia seeds 300, please explain how can we get this in low cost🤔🤔.

You have to measure the quantity too whey protein is 1 kg we used 1.5 tbsps which will come for 2 months

Without protein powder and soy milk, the smoothie is not a high protein. Nuts and seeds are a good source of good fats and not a good source of high quality protein.
