High pressure non-electric water pump - New design with three waste valves

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

High Pressure Non-electric water pump, New design with three waste valves
In this video I design a high pressure non-electric water pump which is usually called a hydraulic ram pump. With the latest design
The material I use is made from PVC pipe which is designed with three valves so that this pump produces maximum pressure than before
Hopefully what I have done will benefit many people, especially in hilly areas where water is scarce, because this type of pump can last hundreds of years if the material used is made of iron.
Thank you for your input and suggestions
Hope it is useful

Warning! A hydraulic ram pump is a water pump that has high pressure and can explode at any time. Be careful when the pump is working, do not let your body rest on the tube Thank you for your participation Hope it is useful ______________________________________________ Peringatan!

You my dear friend are a very intelligent human being. I'm an engineer and fully understand your process, methods and fluid dynamics obviously as you do too. Your video presentation is outstanding and the way in which you apply multiples in process is admirable because it is correct 👍 *As a note to you* If you are not already educating the younger generations, please do so ,and the "above header precautionary notice you've stipulated is very important also- yes it can explode and be dangerous 👍 Thankyou for your wonderful efforts in presenting this on this platform and other platforms aswell if you've not done already! This is exactly why KZread was created. It's YOU and who what you are without contrived nonsense! You have a very good knowledge of fluid dynamics and mechanical principles that are your asset that is quite valuable to future generations and in saying so myself , please continue to inspire the future generations for they need you and people like you and I to show them in practice what is doable even when there is little at hand to achieve great feats. Thankyou for posting a time piece of your talent ❤️👍

This young man is what I call a PVC mechanic. VERY well done. Only correction I can say is to use cleaner on the pipe for better glue penetration… can budget the money by applying the glue to the female side of the fittings half way into each. Will save glue and make a neater and stronger connection. 👍GREAT job. Absolutely love your ability to make your own relief valves ! Adjustable at that . Amazing work ! Un-Paralleled work ethic’s 👍

Your very smart and your video was really good. One thing you should've done before you started putting the pipe pieces into the fittings was to put a chamfer around the outside of the pipe so the pipes sharp edge won't scrape the glue as it's being pushed in. And as you were gluing all the pieces together you should've glued both the male pipe and the female socket ends that were going to be joined together and twist them about a quarter turn as you push them together. By not doing those two things it caused your pump to leak . And it's always good to debur the inside edge of your pipe too so nothing that might be in the water that gets through the screened fitting can get caught on the pipes edges and build up over time and get clogged up. I think if you would've done all that your pump would've held the preasure and not leaded . Another thing, if your going to build something that will have any kind of preasure build-up always make sure to let all glued joints go the full cure time. Some glue times can vary from 4 hours to 24 hours before putting pressure on your system and the companies that make the adhesive really advise you to not ignore the cure time before pressure is put on the system , I know you've put alot of time and money into your project . I really liked the way you made your own internal valve with the big pvc pipe you reformed flat and cut out and sanded your pieces round . You show alot of skill . Loved your video ! 🙂

Very interesting design, I see that the 3 valves could not only help in long-term operation but also with the pressure, however, I think it'd be smarter to make the 3 valves have their gates(or whatever you'd call the part that actually helps with the switching) physically connected to each other for synchronization (even tho it's able to sync by itself), or just use one single huge valve. Also, I'm pretty sure the vibration will eventually make the nuts move out of place which will require manual tuning again, a simple fix for that would just be adding another nut or using something like Locktite ig.

Fill the dam full and it probably could work least until dam is empty. I would love to build one to test this but lack any flowing water most of the year, so there is no point in that regard.

Very good. Simple yet complex 👍 The valve assembly with the slotted pipe in a pipe is excellent. I've never had a pvc glue with that long of an open time. The glue here hardens in 6 or 8 months so I just buy this blue lava stuff that is always on clearance. It is about as fast as they get. Not sure any of it is open that long. I've used near all of the different kinds and the most longest not more than 30 seconds. Might need polyurethane glue to have enough time to assemble it.

In Vietnam farmers are using this method because the farmers didn't have enough money 💰 to buy water pump systems it's proven and you all can try it it will work without any electrical stuff or fuel. I am not from there, but i visited Vitamin and the folks down there work hard to rise thier families tree.

The ram jet pump is a great idea. However, my only complaint is the exhaust / waste water that is discharged. If there is some way of capturing that water, I can see a great future for solving some of the world's problems!

  • @troywhite6039

    @troywhite6039

You can capture and use it at that level or below but the waste water is used to power the pump so it can't be pumped up, there will always be some wasted to perform the work but it can still be used for things below the waste valve. If you have a plentiful water source the waste is not important, nature takes care of it.
