I love how the Archdragon Peak Incence Burners were flipped and repurposed as lamps there If I´m not mistaken this section is meant to represent Carthus, isn´t it? Very interesting with the brass-golden colour sceme and the intricate metal work - a completely different image from the more or less very generic looking Catacombs of Carthus but I believe we can all agree that the Series would have benefitted a lot had it embraced it´s more eastern thematic influence more and produced some eastern-styled music I like this song a lot - that sounds so generic of me - the female voice brings in a special softness that is like the edge of the Sand Dunes going gently up and down, coupled with the delicate Strings and the Chimes, completing it by mirroring the Sharp edged metal work and ornamentation, with the chimes being just isolated enough to sound crisp and be distinguished from their environment Overall I really like your work, especially your ambience pieces, you seem to have a hand for converting imagery into music - I´m a huge fan of Mikko Tarmias you see, so I just cannot help but marvel at well made ambience pieces

Yeah the art team did a really good job re-creating Carthus into a desert world aesthetic. Yeah I agree the base game could have used more of that eastern influence in the catacombs area, something I definitely worked hard at blending well into what I did for Carthus and the Temple with the music whilst trying to remain true to the Dark Souls 3 soundtrack aesthetic as a base. Glad you appreciate the ambience I have a very immersive imagination so it definitely helps 🧡.
