My goodness gracious. More specifically: ** Suit: devastatingly on point. ** Voice: like velvet and cashmere had a love child dyed in the richest burgundy. ** Arrangement Quality Level: Scott Bradlee. ** Soloist: Has stared deep into our souls and read each and every one of us like a cheap paperback and we are grateful for it. ** Also: The only thing deadlier than that dress were those bent blue notes. ** Rhythm Section: Perfect. Tight. Unremarkable, which is the highest praise a rhythm section can get. Now I should go listen to the original...

That's a sign that the songs are actually musical!
This is my favourite kind of cover from PMJ. The cover that takes a song that you've heard on the radio countless times over, a song that has been listened to by the world a couple hundred million times, but still produce something fresh and unique, almost a different entity entirely. When a cover is so well put together and knows what it wants to do and does it successfully, it becomes one of my favourites. Everyone did their parts fantastically and I love how you can hear all instruments throughout the song. The mix was so good, you could even hear the finger snapping amidst instruments! Love to see Luca and his guitar return, love the covers he's in.
*SPENCER DAY!??!* How have I not seen this until now? PMJ has been one of my fave channels since like 2013 and I used to listen to spencer on his YT channel a LOT in 2017. this is amazing, please bring him back someday, PMJ!

It sound like RXB |RXB| RXL| RXL| XXL| RRL| RRL| RRL| RXX|(rlrl)RXX where R is right hand, L is left hand, B is for bass drum and X for no note. The fact that the heavy note change from the first beat to the third beat of the bar is so incredible.
