This time we had this gorgeous Ferrari 488 Spider over for the absolute best: The Finest Signature Detail.
The signature detail includes a thorough cleaning of the car. After the paint correction, that follows the cleaning, the C.Quartz FINEST Nanotech Ceramic Paint Coating is applied. Also all the interior bits and engine bay are coated in C.Quartz Finest Coating.
Before the coating was applied, the car was fully covered with PPF by Absolute Motors | PPF Doctors. Make sure to give them a follow on their socials.

IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS A WRAP ON THIS FERRARI AFTER IT WAS PUT ON. IT WAS SO SHINY. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN YOU CLEAN A HIGH END CAR IS RIDICULOUS, BUT I LEARN SO MUCH FROM IT FOR DETAILING MY OWN CAR ESPECIALLY POLISHING IT. TOP MARKS👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥

Hi, good job. Is plastic a protector, is it forever in the car?
Wow... multi-day process for that. Well worth it. Curious, what were the infrared (?) lights used for? Does it dry/stretch form the polymer sheeting? Does it more durable against regular washes that form cobweb scratches on regular paint? Also, roughly how much does the whole treatment in the video cost? Thanks!

Did you ppf the whole car, or just places known for rock chips?
nice video, personaly i think is much more better the nanoceramic quarz protection than the PPF ....
Tech question : when you bake it, at what temp you do it? Doesn’t it burn ppf ?

Great video, But one question why did you add ceramic coating after the clear bra was installed ? Wouldn’t you want the ceramic coat directly on the clear coat rather than on top of the clear bra ?

The clear film won't bond to the paint if it was ceramic coated. So instead they coat the film for gloss, slickness and easy cleaning.

@@mikea5205 I'd rather put ceramic coating on the paint and not bother with that clear film they applied. Never got the appeal of it despite being so trendy nowadays. A good ceramic coating is more than enough to keep the paint protected. We all know such cars rarely sit out in the open anyway. Imho it's just silly.

@@nikolamladenoff3516 - I agree ceramic coating is more than enough to protect the paint against sun and other elements but not rock chips. Rock chips is the only reason to install PPF.

Nikola Mladenoff when you want to participate in a track day (which; owners of such cars might one day be doing) it is always nice to have the ultimate protection on the car. It’s also an insurance when the car is sold again. The paint underneath stays fresh and in pristine condition.
Just being a little curious y did u not ceramic coat the bare paint and then apply a ppf on top of the ceramic coating it cuz the coating is a sacrificial layer and protects the ppf also??

Hello from Norway :-) i was just wondering if you guyes where thinking of upgrading the video quality of your videos? all the way up to glorious 4K resolution. or at least make your videos 60FPS... 60FPS, because then we can view the video in a higher bit rate. The videos looks sharper then :-) I am following on Instagram, so i get little sneak peaks into future YT videos :-) always looking forward to the next video :-) keep up the great work guyes :-) Have fun at work :-)

Hi, for now we have the camera's we have to film it with :) I absolutely want to go to higher fps and even 4k, but at the moment there are other priorities. This is actually the last video we have filmed untill now. Not everything that is the shop comes on KZread.
Is PPF still susceptible to swirl marks and scratches?

PPF - paint protection film. Its helps prevent scratching and chips from debris. They followed it up with a cermanic coating for hydrophobic properties ( water beading) also makes it easier to clean.
What is the effect of that plastic coating material you applied last to the vehicle?

It is a paint protection film. It is like a see through wrap to keep your car it's paint in perfect condition.
