If USA have a Monroe doctrine that declared the entire South America as its backyard and no external regional hegemony will be tolerated by USA. What an incompetent official!!! We have copies but not original documents...... Poland never had any colonies. We were offered Madagascar and explicitly refused. In fact we were living under 123 of Russian, Prussian and Austrian colonization. Then we lost 20% of population in a war started by German and Soviet invasion in 1939. Last Russian soldiers left Poland in 1993 and they are not coming back.
