Shortly from now, the court will decide whether Kejriwal will get bail..or he will remain in jail..On June 20, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court had given interim bail to Kejriwal.. Then on June 21, ED reached the High Court against the decision of the lower court.. The High Court put a stay on Kejriwal's interim bail.. After this, on June 24, Kejriwal's petition went to the Supreme Court. Hearing took place..
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट फैसला सुनाने वाला है..अब से कुछ देर बाद ही कोर्ट तय करेगा कि केजरीवाल को बेल मिलेगी..या फिर वो जेल में ही रहेंगे...20 जून को दिल्ली के राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल को अंतरिम बेल दी थी..फिर 21 जून को निचली अदालत के फैसले के खिलाफ ED हाईकोर्ट पहुंचा..हाईकोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर रोक लगा दी..इसके बाद 24 जून को केजरीवाल की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई..लेकिन केजरीवाल को देश की सर्वोच्च अदलात से भी राहत नहीं मिली..सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का इंतजार करें

इस केस को लेकर निचली अदालत की जज ने जो घटिया टिपणी किया था उस जज पे भी सख्त कार्रवाई होना चाहियें क्योंकि ओ जज जाँच एजेंसियों की पूरी बात सुने बिना ही एक गलत टिपणी किया जिससे पूरे देश मे एक बहुत बड़ा गलत संदेश गया है और खुजलीवाल को बेल दे दिया था
