Treatment for high triglycerides level Kindly suggest best medicine

Only in 2 dose of R85 of 10 drops per dose along with this medicine I have also taken Allium Sativm & Crataegus Oxy mixed together both in equal quantity and have taken 20 drops of this mixture after 10 minutes of R85. My BP which was ranging about SYS 153, DIA 116, PULSE 104. Now the present reading is SYS 78, DIA 60, PULSE 92. I think it has come down too much.
