honeymoon and ultraviolence forever

Honeymoon’s her only album that uses transitions and are also important to have them. Imo, Honeymoon has some of the most underrated transitions in any album because each song is clearly separated but they are designed to be best played in order. You can tell it’s not (and shouldn’t be) hard to have good transitions but it’s not common!! (A.K.A. Lizzy Grant actually has song transitions but that album is still removed, unfortunately.)

Not really, Im sure God Bless America into WTWWAWWKD is a transition but im not sure if you can call Love into LFL a transition bc you can only hear that with headphones at max volume or with really really loud speakers

i love the little themes in honeymoon! Just like the "high, high, high" (3:16) after the last chorus in high by the beach is the same audio as the intro to swan song, just slowed down. It ties the album together in such a subtle yet cohesive way
