If you don’t want to play with the wires. Pulling the light bulb out and spinning it 180 will have the same effect. Your reversing polarity.

But what if the bulb is working when turn on ignition (I mean starting check, when all bulbs are on). And after starting engine when you trying to turn on high beam light this blue bulb doesn’t turn on. What I should check?

So you can just reverse the light bulb so prongs are opposite of normal . This is news that led kit sellers need to know and change their instructions. They pretty much say that the high beam indicator light won’t work using their kit.

Works. I did it a month ago. No issues. 🙂

Why do you need to disconnect the battery for this specific fix and not the AC/DC switch? I ask because I recently installed the fender eliminator and had to unplug the turn signals and definitely didn't unplug the battery.

I'm not sure what you mean by the AC/DC switch. However, I always remove the power source when working on electricals for safety concerns.

Have you had any issues with it? I just bought everything to do the ac/dc conversion myself and plan to do it this weekend!

bro I hope you can help me, I did this and my headlight wont turn on anymore, I can't even get the bike to start with the electric starter, i have to kickstart it now for it to work. Do you have any guesses on what could be going on? Is this battery on the bike just done?

It wont staff Even with reverting back to how it was originally connected? If none of the electronics work it could very well be your battery. You can try charging it or if you a handheld battery jumper compatible for your battery.

Does this actually work and make the lights brighter and the high beams should or does just make the high beam indicator light work if so this kinda pointless if the lights don't dim and go to a higher brightness when the high beams are on. Cud have did a edit and added clip showing the outcome when's it's hooked up and on so we can see if high beams actually work

The high beams actually work without the fix. All you lose is the initicator light when installing the led kit. The fix detailed in the video corrects the issue of the high beam indicator light on the cluster not illuminating.

@@mikey.mike. I only said something because I seen in one video where after you make this conversion the lights are always on. Like soon as you turn the key without starting the lights are on almost like you use the functionality of being able to turn them on and off . Did this happen to you as well ? I'm thinking about buying one and just trying to get as much info about it as I can before buying one

@Danyelle Curry Yeah, so when you make the conversation, the lights immediately turn on once you turn the key to the on position. That's not the case with the OEM lights it comes with. However, there's not a way that I'm aware to toggle the lights off and on. I hope I understood your question correctly.

@@danyellecurry228so the reason to the lights being on with the key with the conversion is they are now running off the battery and eliminating the flickering lights that it comes with from the factory along with the better illumination of the LED vs halogen bulb
