@@DEFYN its good to do it in some parts but at 8:00 holly moly it was so so so much irritating. The repetitive movements doesnt help at all. Im not saying dont do them each one has their own after all but imo you could easily left out the part from 7:50 to 9 mins and just describe what happened

I get that and I agree, but the last time I did that a lot of people complained that they didn't like that. So I am afraid it will be like this. But in general I won't do this a lot high alt fighting is just dreadfully slow

Dogfight against BF109 is the kind of dogfight I love : very strategic, each pilots trying to not enter in the game of the other but in same time trying to bait the other for a mistake, a duel of patience. Love it !

I was very low on fuel. Around 4-5 minutes left so I had to turn around, good fight and amazing shot.

I've had this plane for almost a year now, 500+ battles. fighting anything that isn't a yak 3 at low altitude is just so good with this thing

The yak 3p is essentially the same as the yak3 at a higher br with more guns That are arguably not even better

@@DEFYN I get more consistent kills with the 3P though. The guns on Universal, GT, Armored, or Default, seem to be the best setups. Especially Armored and Universal. However, I like using GT on the 3P because I’ve found more success using that setup specifically with that plane.

I don’t understand how your not one of the bigger people on WarThunder. You play every game so methodically it’s amazing. I think I know what your going to do, then you do something that I would never expect. Well done 👍

Thanks for all these videos defyn, they've helped me quite a bit on how to engage certain vehicles, these j2ms used to be a pain in the ass in my Soviet planes, after your videos I've managed to win against them more often, at least they are still balanced and killable compared to a certain US premium interceptor I know

shame they don't happen so often, and when they catch you in a low altitude plane. But yeah I've had a blast with the J2m2 at 7000m some times!

I'm pretty sure you are the most skilled war thunder player that I've ever had the pleasure of observing. The stuff you pull off is just unbelievable and godlike and you pull it off multiple times so no dumb luck involved here. I just hope I can, in the potential future, attain just a fraction of the skill you possess, You are my idol now.

Very good video. I am struggling in getting to RB because of repair costs. I just cant afford to keep practicing and spending SL until I finally "Git Gud". Your videos are a great way to learn how to think while dogfighting

Fly at a lower tier or try practicing in custom battles for a bit Premiums are also a good way to not lose much money even if you die without doing anything.

Actually Gaijin made the current matchmaking as it currently is for something that is presumably very good. As for American teams, a lot of the ground pounding is done because of the better low alt performance overall. It is also because the concept of side climbing is not followed as it is quite boring, paired with high repair costs, it makes the United States a very difficult nation to play.

While I truly enjoy low altitude dogfights, there is something charming about the slower paced high altitude fights, specially when there are multiple participants, nobody shoots and everyone is trying their hardest to get the best possible position.

I enjoy the Ground RB dogfights. Something about having to keep your eye on their plane constantly and being able to do low altitude aerobatics to lose the enemy is fun

Hi my problem with high alltitude and mid altitude fighters. Nobody go for you if you too high and nobody even in 10+br climb up to 10km is few sec work. Gaijin should do few maps when everybody spawn about 5km atitude.

You playng it wrong if you higher then anyone you need to go for their highest, go high and be passive is a noob move, your team die you contribute nothing and then you have to kill everyone. If are you high you chose who to attack of course your ability is in chosing targets kill them withouth giving up your alt, so if he dive you not follow, you anyway pushed him down making him easyer and less dangerous for your team.

What is your settings to turn the plane not facing the crosshair and not using the mouse? Vecause when I try to do that, the plane 'corrects' itself and remaing going to the crosshair

If your gun crosshair is not on screen, and you press W or S while holding the "look around" key, then mouse control is off and you fly with WASDQE while looking around with mouse

J2M2 is better but the M3 is only worse because the 170 extra KG due to the guns.

I have a app called warthunder vs and on there it show the J2M2 as the fastest climbing ww2 prop to 5km. It takes 160 something seconds. The p51h is like 20 sec slower. If that app is right then that is insane because the low br of the J2M2.

The app is crap sadly Would've been really nice if it was accurate and I would use it in my videos as well then Altho the J2m2 is still stupid because it climbs on par with the 51h The climb of the p51h is most likely measured without the WEP

I don't, but I will change my climb path in certain scenarios depending on my team

Oh and if someone doesnt wanna fight you they just run from you and you cant do jack shit. But you climb like a fucking rocket so yeah. Overall, a good plane in the wrong meta.

But if you do want to pronounce it better I think you just need to pronounce the Y like we do in Finland and put the emphasis in the beginning because reasons (Pyörremyrsky is a compound word so you need to emhasize the beginning of each word (PYÖRreMYRsky.)

Those long fights wont be possible anymore. Because they cut timelimit for Air RB to 25min.

i really wish WT wasnt so "grindy / pay to play" and i wish there were 1st person modes only. i absolutely HATE dog fighting in 3rd person... i mean its cool to see the plane pulling off maneuvers etc but takes away from 90% of the "emersion" when in 3rd person. would be interesting to see you do a gameplay video in this same plane but force yourself to cockpit cam ONLY and see how you do then.
