Unfortunately I found this video 3 days before the end of July so I don't know how much Creedence it holds for the you claim. Moreover, bay leaves dry out very quickly and crumble to pieces. Not at all practical to put bay leaves under your pillow. I gather bay leaves every year from a friend who has a beautiful Bay Tree and I use them for cooking. I store them in a plastic jar so they won't deteriorate too quickly but they will lose their green and then if they're exposed to sunlight they lose that green chlorophyll very very quickly. I put a bunch on my front door but they were exposed to the sun which took away chlorophyll and the green. I don't know of any way to prevent this from happening other than I have like put parsley in the refrigerator so it holds on to the chlorophyll longer, but I use up the parsley very quickly. Bay leaves on the other hand with as many as I have keep in a plastic jar for a couple of years notwithstanding the loss of the chlorophyll..
