wala nang penalty,pag violate revoke na lisensiya for life. walang epekto ang multa,pag na revoke ang lisensiya, malaking result yun. bawas na pasaway sa buslane.

Those vehicles who swerve unsafely from the bus lane to the other lanes in order to evade the enforcers should also be charged with reckless driving.

@Gadgetaddict two suggestions. 1. Get a 360 camera. That way, you can capture what's happening, however, which way you turn. 2. For the enforcers, with all the fines the government is getting, they can afford to provide enforcers with body cams. These can be used to file charges against those who run away for reckless driving and even attempted homicide if that applies when someone tries to run over an enforcer.

Also include other violation/s in the ticket not only the busway violation. Such as.. blurred or no plate number, unauthorized used of commerative plates or stickers, excess passenger & among others

They never learned,For me it's already very high penalty and i don't think they are all rich.Only they don't use thier normal brain.They make it again and again.For this people money is not a problem.Thanks for sharing GA ialways watching video like this especially from you.God bless!❤

Sana may enforcers before the bridge and and a highly visible warning sign (electronic or decal) above bridge. In my observation on this clip, it looks like hinihintay ng mga enforcers ang mga riders and motorist pag baba nila sa bridge na magkamali going into the trap within the bus lane carousel. However, marami din talaga ang mga makukulit at walang diciplina. It is very tough job being an enforcer because the risks they face every minutes of the day.

Siguro dapat kapag nahuli, may kasamang sampal. Haha

These enforcers are confiscating the license. The driver will need to pay their penalty before they can get it back.

Penalty should be multiplied by the number of violations done and without mercy. Its easily 10k for first offence since most of the violators are also absconding. Now imagine if there are more violations pile up. Arrogant, no helmet, illegal plate, illegal modifications, usurpation of authority, etc.

so funny to see violator's instinct to drive to right most side of the road when they get caught! as if they can hide/evade enforcers..... these violators should have additional violations for doing so! or add other violations that motorist may have!

what baffles me is considering their daily income. let's say they earn 1k per day (which is already on the higher end). that's five days of work essentially for nothing.

EDSA has full cctv coverage, with various features. But they're not allowed to be used for enforcement anymore because of the restraining order from the supreme court.
