Honestly I think he’s the same scout. Based on my understanding on the lore maybe scout wanted to be blue and switched clothing, but as a result spy lost faith in his child and disowned and abandoned him. Though when they meet again on the battlefield they resolve their differences once spy realizes his son, regardless of what team he’s on, is still his child and he still loves him. (Now that I think about it, the story kinda sounds like a father accepting their transitioning child. That probably wasn’t their intention, but regardless I fw it hard ngl lol)
