HIDDEN TROPICS’ HOUSE RULES:

✅NO REBOOKING
Any cancellation/rebooking requests, no show as to ANY REASON leads to forfeiture of your full downpayment.
•All patrons are required to settle their Security deposit of P4000 & full payment to be given upon arrival at the premises. Security deposit will be refunded upon check out once the caretaker has checked and cleared that there are no item(s) missing or damages incurred within the premises.
Damages & breakages on our properties shall be charged 100% of the total value cost.
•STRICT OBSERVANCE:
+2000Php for every succeeding hour.
If you happen to exceed the agreed check out time, you’re required to pay the above mentioned surcharge.
Strict check-in & check-out time must be observed. We cannot guarantee late check-out until the day of check-out due to last minute bookings. All guests must vacate the premises at the exact time of their check-out so our housekeepers have enough time to clean & disinfect for our next guest. Failure to do so, a penalty of P1,000 per 10mins shall be incurred. Security deposit will only be given if all the guests are already inside their vehicles not exceeding their check-out time & once our staff have fully checked the vicinity.
•Additional P500 for extra pax.
Upon arrival, our staff would conduct a headcount on the number of people present. Please let us know ahead of time if ever you want to add up on guests.
•+P1500 corkage for catering setup.
+P1000 corkage for lights/sounds setup.
Kindly advise us in advance if ever you will conduct ceremonies, styling, etc.
*No additional charge for Event's Rate
•Dogs & cats are allowed within the premises as long as they will be on a leash & have a diaper on at all times. A fee of P300 per pet shall be incurred. Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on bed may incur extra cleaning fees.
•For our guests’ security & personal safety, please keep in mind that we have to lock the gates by 11pm to prevent burglars from accessing the premises. No more guest will be allowed to enter the facility after 11pm to prevent imposters. If in case of emergency, you could always reach out to our helper, room located at the open garage, to open the gates during wee hours.
•NO SMOKING inside the airconditioned rooms & bathrooms. A PENALTY FEE of P3000 will be incurred in violating this regulation. Smoking in open areas are allowed.
•LOUD SPEAKERS/SOUND SYSTEM STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. A PENALTY FEE of P3000 will be incurred in violating this regulation.
•At 9pm onwards, regardless of the occasion, strict noise policy should be observed. Any sound that is loud or unpleasant that causes disturbance should be limited.
•No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children & non-swimmers shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance.
NO SWIMMING ALONE.
Management assumes no responsibility for any accidents/injuries.
Bigger pool has a depth of 4 feet going to 6 feet on the other end.
•Management will not accept responsibility for the accident, loss or damage to any personal belongings inside or outside the premises. Always be mindful of your belongings.
•At 4am, all patrons are not allowed to swim due to pool maintenance/disinfection. It is one of our daily routine to maintain our pool’s clean & crystal clear waters. Swimming resumes at 7am.
•PARTY POPPERS, CONFETTI, BALLOONS W/ CONFETTI or any form of littering/vandalism are strictly prohibited, especially in the pool area. Use of scotch tapes, double-sided tapes, glue or any material that would damage our painted walls are also not permitted.
A PENALTY FEE of P3000 will be incurred in violating this regulation.
•Candy, food & any kind of beverages are not allowed in the pool area except in designated areas provided for eating or drinking.

•All patrons in the water must wear acceptable swimming attire. (Spandex,nylon,lycra) Colored shirts are not allowed. A tight fitting rash guard or plain white shirt are acceptable.
•All patrons must shower before entering the pool. Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool.
•Dangerous practices are prohibited. Patrons must not run on decks; dunk, push or pull swimmers. DIVING, back jumps, twisting, flips, somersaults, cannon balls from the side of the pool are not permitted at any time.
•Please do not engage our helper in unnecessary conversation. Treat them nicely as they're like a family to us. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. Observe social distancing & wear face masks if ever you'll approach our helpers.
