SPOILER ALERT - Most other problems that happened with the Peaky Blinders come from the main family members themselves. Example: The problem with the horrible priest happened because the sister Pol couldn't keep her mouth shut and just had to confess the upcoming murder of a prominent priest. This lead to the horrible priest gaining the upper hand on the peaky Blinders. There would never have been a war with the Italians if the brothers John and Arthur had followed Tommy's orders and killed the old man AND his wife, the teacher. But, because they disobeyed and spared the teacher she was able to go New York and tell all her family who killed their father and her son. This was followed by a war with the Italians that took the life of Tommy's brother John. If the youngest brother had not mouthed off to the guy in his office about the upcoming murder of a high level political fascists the hit on Mosley would not have failed and Pol's fiancée (Littlefinger) :-) would not have been murdered. It seems like nearly everything bad that happens to the family of The Peaky Blinders happens because someone in the family or close to the family can't shut up or can't do as they are instructed.

Literally just finished watching the final episode & the whole time I was like all the main "wars" that they endured were because of everything you just mentioned. There was no major conflict outside of the family. Everything was internal and if they just STFU & did as Tommy said everything would have gone as planned. The one that got me heated the most was Polly & Fin's -_- just such a rookie mistake. Especially Fin when Arthur literally told him "" But overall such a great show!

Loved every minute of this series. Fantastic in every way.

Everyone saying about the white horse at the end like its positive and he's cleaned his soul or something lol this is Tommy fucking shelby, just conveniently forgetting everything he's done are we? "And behold a pale horse, and his name that sat upon him was Death and Hell followed with him." Seems far more appropriate.

The Fact that it beat Game of Thrones as best show of Decade speaks volumes I believe GOT came 2nd. I noticed during S6 the red right hand music was missing from most eps I remember at the end of S6ep5 it played at the end I thought he's back Tommy's back and has a plan.

the peaky blinders never used razor blades ,the peaky blinders and other gangs were broken up by the police and local people when the police force trained more men from the locals they were eventually ruled over by the Birmingham boys in 1910 then eventually after that time no gangs were left in the area. no one used blades in their caps they used steel toe capped boots and belts as the buckle to hit you over the head with peaky blinders were living in the Digbeth area of Birmingham

Last season was her just agonizing, i dont think she added anything positive toward the show

In my opinion, the final act is not finish, that can't be the last episode of Peaky blinders; what happened with Mosley? It was a lot of things that must be elucidating.

Historically Mosley done nothing as it was getting closer to the war he was imprisoned until after the war when mosley was released he was the most hated man in Britain moved and stayed in france until his death in the 80's

Can't wait for the peaky blinders movie loved how it had historical people throughout the show like Churchill mosley always felt a kind of nazi Hitler theme as well considering the time period was when he was rising into power so I will wait patiently for it to come out and as for spin offs could be good or bad not sure how to feel about that yet

Steven Knight’s grandmother used to collect the betting slips for the Peaky Blinders when she was a girl….. Oh and it wasn’t just razor blades they sewed into their cap brims, they used sharpened pennies too. The Peaky Blinders were a real gang. They were violent as they lived in very violent times and yes they really did always look smart and wore beautifully tailored suits. The reason I know these things is because my family came over from Ireland and settled in the Midlands. I have family that still live in Small Heath. I had the same accent until I was sent to boarding school at the age of 6 where any regional accent was hammered out of you until you spoke the Queen’s English with what is known as a BBC voice. ( I used Queen instead of King as that was the era of Elizabeth II.)

Tom Hardy's Taboo Season 2 is due after its first season in 2017, it was supposed to happen in 2018 but still we don't have any confirmation about it's production.

I was really dissapointed by the final season. It felt like it built up to nothing. Characters became completely pointless and the story relied on hallucination to complete the arc. Personally I hate when shows get a few seasons in and run out of ideas so begin to rely on dreams, hallucinations or other kinds of fake reality. In previous seasons Tommy seemed to climb a rung of power each time and take down an enemy. It just felt unfinished this time and lacking any real point to the season. Better than Game of thrones? Nah. Equally as disappointing as GOT final season? yeah.

Если честно сериал не понравился. Совсем. Длинный. Скучный. Нудный. С трудом досмотрела с третьего раза. Когда к Шелби начала приходить умершая жена тут уже я смеялась в голос. Высосали из пальца сюжет 5 и 6 сезона. С интересом смотрелись серии только с Альфи и Лукой. Остальное чушь. Извините 😊

Could have been GoT had season 8 not happened along with all the many bad writing decisions from season 5-7 added up. But personally PB is my favorite show and better than anything else I've watched with S1 of True Detective being my second.
