I work at Sephora and a client asked me what eyeshadow I was wearing today and I told her I was wearing an eyeshadow single from SC and she said, "You guys are always pushing your own stuff... but I really like it, what's it called?" Like ma'am, I wouldn't suggest or wear it if it wasn't great! I was wearing Shock Choc and it has a creamy consistency and wet look that I haven't experienced with any of the other shades I've tried!

I'm so happy Twinkle Twinkle is getting the recognition it needs. I literally bought my 2nd eversince I finished using the 1st one. Such a good eyeshadow.

I feel like Sephora Collection is very underrated and I’ve always overlooked their aisles and gone straight to the other popular ones. But lately I’ve been buying some SC stuff and loving them! And the price is super for the quality! I love their new Best Skin Ever Glow Foundation it’s sooo stunning! Definitely going to buy the eyeshadows as im also a one & done eyeshadow girl. Hollywood Calling topped with Colourpop Ritz is one of those looks where the day of it feels lowkey but then looking back it truly felt like Hollywood was Calling 😭🥂

In the last week you’ve sold me 9 eyeshadows! thank you for this content it’s really useful and I agree with all your descriptions of the shades. Twinkle twinkle is a better option than cosmic and for a better price. Would love to see more of this type of content, sometimes you can save and sometimes you’ll need to spend but this is so helpful!

I absolutely love those eyeliners too, they're the perfect texture. Soft enough not to drag on the lids and able to be blended out very nicely without having to rush to do it super fast before they set, but they don't get over-blended and messy looking, or disappear once blended. And then they stay put!

The Sephora Collection single shadows are stunning BUT the packaging is horrible- especially for the price. You will notice at the store that a tons are broken in the packaging. I would say 7/10 times that I have ordered they arrive shattered. Definitely not travel friendly. If they change the packaging I would definitely purchase again. But I find it frustrating and a waste of time to always have to return or be forced to try to get it back in the pan constantly.

Ok I am incompetent with eyeshadow/never wear it but your demo of the quick two-shade look with exactly the kind of shadows I am looking for is a revelation and something I can actually try out!

the shade shooting star is very similar to UD's Lithium btw, I have both and it's a pretty close dupe. UD is thinner and a bit sparklier but if you're interested in a more subdued version I'd definitely suggest shooting star.

If you like setting sprays definitely check out the Sephora setting spray!!! It really works well! Also the lip plumping gloss has a holiday set for $13!

Definitely will check out the brushes! I’ve been looking to add a couple more eye brushes to my collection. I’ve also had my eye on their blushes and eyeshadows but never bought any. I love their lipsticks too! The rouge matte and cream ones. The formula is comfortable but long lasting. The classic red shade goes all day with just a touch up here and there.

Thank you for your videos. I love how many times you talk about the make up while trying them on with the voice over. It really shows your thoughts with the imaging. Not a lot of you tubers do this. They mostly do real time try on while talking which limits the products they can talk about and show.

Thanks for this! I was at Sephora today and the eyeshadows caught my eye and I noticed that they were so gorgeous and had a good selection of colors. I was thinking about getting solstice from urban decay but realized that the SC eyeshadow in One in a Million looked so similar AND it was only $6.30!

Great video. Sephora Collection has some solid finds. Like you, I'm a fan of the Hot Flush blush and while I don't wear a highlight powder often, I do like a couple from their Golden Hour collection. Also, big fan of their Lip Stories bullet lipsticks and melting clicks matte lipsticks (I think that's the name) - they are so creamy!

The Sephora collection powder is my go to powder! It has a lot of product and normally lasts me about a year, and it works well with my combination skin.

I have never tried the kosa cloud set, but the sephora collection baked face powder sounds exactly like it and it's amazing. Also, the peptide eye cream is awesome too. I'm off to buy a couple of eyeshadows. Thanks for the recommendations.

I picked up two SC Pro brushes today. 79 is a tapered contour brush, but I plan to use it for powdering the under eyes. 64 is a foundation brush, but the woman who helped me used it for cream contour, and I had to have it! I also picked up Merit's Cava highlighter, and I love it. I don't like a powder or glittery highlighter, and Cava gives the perfect glow.

Ahhhhh, I should have waited for the lip pencil, brush cleanser, and eyeliner pencils before shopping!!!!! But damn you Amanda, your are responsible for my buying one of each formula of the Sephora eye shadows .

My favorite Sephora pressed powder is Second Chance. Matte taupe, very cool. Works for contour, eyeshadow crease color or eyebrows. $9.60 for a huge pan at the Spring sale. Will buy another. Love the show, Amanda!

I bought the mini version of the mascara this summer and I was indifferent to it (it was ok, but essence's lash princess beats that by far). However, it remained in my travel kit and I wore it the other day - it elongates the lashes nicely, I was in shock. Maybe it just needs some time for the formula to work?

I immediately stopped the video, went into the description box, and bought that lip liner. I’ve been wanting to try a more contour-colored lip liner, and have been looking at the Thrive one, but didn’t want to pay that much for a lip liner. not because the product isn’t worth the price, but because I don’t normally wear lip liner, so I don’t want to pay a lot of money on a product I might end up never using. I’m also quite fair so this shade might be better for me anyway. I’m excited!

Great choices. I tried to sharpen the Make Up For Ever Aqua Resist Eye Pencil and ruined that one too, you are not alone.

Finally trying their Sephora collection shadows this sale around but sadly the first order I made with them all the glitter or chunkier shades came completely shattered. I’m nervous because the formula seems very fragile and I’m worried if I don’t go in person to pick them up that they will continue arriving broken since they seem to just casually put them in a plastic bag all together. I have been interested in a daily brush cleaner for a while. The full size Sephora Collection version is sold out but the mini is in stock so I may get that. The Cinema Secrets version is only $2 more for the same 2 oz bottle, is it worth it just pick up the Cinema Secrets version then? Also comparing this to a eyeshadow cleaner sponge which do you prefer?

I have Urban Decay’s Party Favor palette. Let’s Party, Twinkle Twinkle and Choco Excess seem similar to them. Have you tried the UD palette? If so, do you know how similar it is to these shades and would it be worth me getting them?

Great colors! Pyramid is nice. It wasn’t in the collection in Sephora in Spain. I like Shock Choc too. I don’t have it yet.I don’t like yellow toned golds though either. I prefer antique, golds, like darker golds and “old gold” (I have a shadow from Barry M that’s a Dazzle Dust glitter shadow and it’s called Old Gold). I also love Kiko Cosmetics Glitter Shower shadow in Gold Baroque as this is a dark gold. Thanks for letting me know which ones are the most pigmented, I like the shades that you like. I have a Sephora eyeshadow brush and it’s great.

I really like the sephora #lipstories lip balm. It's only $4 and is really great if you're into the Nars afterglow balms. They're similar, not exact dupes to me, but really great for the price. I think they're more pigmented than Nars and not quite as slick. They also have a little bit a waxy smell which isn't ideal, but I still bought them in every color so it's not that bad lol

Do you like the pro face brushes from Sephora Collection? They always have like a full brush set between $90-110 CAD and I'm always tempted to just get a set to be done with needing brushes!

Just an fyi, I've seen ALOT of reviews about the e/s coming broken when bought online- so you might want to pick up in store.

With a 30% discount I was really looking forward to purchasing quite a few Sephora products. Unfortunately I live in Canada and most of their product is completely sold out! And any of the bundles, long gone. Which I suppose is a good thing as I won't be spending any money lol!

You gotta check out one in a million, it’s duo chrome. Looks gorgeous on eyes.

I agree, they're fair at best. But I got the Holiday one and was pleasantly surprised (only used it once so far). Only $5.60 with the 30% off if you like neutrals.

I can’t get Pyramid to work for me. I either have to blend it out to nothing or else it creases. But I love the color- anything else in that color somewhere ??

have you tried using a liquid shadow in the crease to help it last longer? that's my go-to trick when my shadows are creasing! My favorite options are the about face matte fluids and the ulta matte cream shadows

IMO the only good value in the VIB sale is the 30% off the Sephora Collection. So much “luxury” makeup is marked way up. Its amazing how much people are swayed by fancy packaging and advertising. Very similar to Costco, and other store brands, I’m sure that the majority of Sephora house brand products are actually “luxury” products in Sephora packaging. I personally love the eyeliners and Best Skin Ever Foundation. I refuse to spend my hard earned money just to pay for expensive packaging. Sephora brand products are where its at. And at 30% off, you can’t go wrong.

I think the Sephora nest skin ever foundation is one of the best foundations I've ever tried. It's up there with Nars Sheer Glow and Dior Backstage Face and Body for me. I don't think the Sephora brush cleaner is as good as Cinema Secrets and it's not really that much cheaper. Yeah it's good but for me a person that uses very pigmented brightly colored eyeshadows a lot nothing gets my brushes as clean as Cinema Secrets.
