Hidden Aqueduct and Hanging Gardens in Arizona
September 6th, 2023: At the bottom of Arizona's Oak Creek Canyon along Oak Creek lies a very cool canal, presumably used for irrigation. Along the course of the canal is a very scenic aqueduct. And, the canal creates "hanging gardens" of vegetation, a result of water leaking out the side of the canal. There's all sorts of neat little waterfalls. I'm guessing the original canal was built over a hundred years ago just from what I know about the area's agricultural history.

Interesting irrigation system!
That canal was very cool. Would be interested in seeing where it ends. Thanks for the video!
I think the trees you thought might have been beech, are probably alders. They have that similar smooth gray bark and similar leaves. Alders are a common cool mountain riparian species on the West coast and Arizona.
Benji can you make a part two? Find out where the canal ends!
Red shorts?! 😮
