fr this has been my new go to "productive" mix to bump...if you like it...check out r.a.w. spill the blood....same vibe but 90s minutes long and more storytelling style

a constant state of around 170 BPM, yet DnB (particularly ambient/jazz infused DnB) remains to be what I find is one of the most calming genres of music. the breaks keep your head moving, nodding, and grooving, but another side of your brain enjoys and focusses on the jazz, ambient and melodic pieces of it, truly an amazing invention of music by so many artists.

Just because its at 170 doesn't mean much. If they were to perform this on stage the performers would be counting double or triple time to keep up correctly

Thank you with all my heart. I have to take bus four hours a day go to work and back home. When I stuck on the tinny seat and other passengers' snoring got me crazy, this music free my soul.

It's 2023 and still nothing beats the energy of these old-school jungle sounds. Seems like being timeless is a core property for this genre.

I saw Grooverider and Fabio in Atlanta back in the day. Ran into Andre 3000 chilling in the crowd. Dre was cool af. Grooveriders entourage were assholes and Fabio asked me for a joint so you know I had to give him one. Those were great times.

Minimal and D&B are my body's favorite shakers. Movement, connection, soul.

This mix is fantastic. The rest don’t hit anywhere near as perfectly as this one does. Like, banger after banger, flows perfectly. Guess I couldn’t expect them to keep making bangers this good but, wow.

I accidentally just saved this into my Health & Body folder but now it’s staying there.
